"Dear Majic Windows,  I would like to thank you and your employees for making the purchase of your wonderful fiberglass windows such a nice experience.  My salesman, Jim, gave a great presentation of your products.  He gave his advice when needed, on the kind of fiberglass window I was interested in, and helped with the color that would best match up with the trim work on my Rochester home.  He listened and answered any questions or concerns that I had, and put my mind at rest.  He conducted himself in avery professional manner. Buying windows can be stressful and you need to hopefully make the right decisions, because this purchase is an investment in your home.  One of my winodws was a little difficult to open and another item needed attention. A couple of repairmen came out and took care of this form e. Him called to see if these things were taken care of. I was very pleased with Jim's follow-up call.  It is reassuring to know that someone care that you are pleased with the product. Thank You."

"Dear Majic Windows, I am writing to let you know how happy I am with the bathrub and wall system that was installed in my Rochester home in November.  Allen and Marty installed the system in my home.  They were friendly, explained what they were going to do, answered my questions as I thought of them, did their job efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. Lucky for me, they found one of the J pipes (I think that is what it was called) that was corroded and replaced it. If the existing pipe had let go, I would have had big water damage problems.  I know it took them much more time to corerct this problem and am grateful for their thoroughness in doing the job.  I trust you will have an opportunity to recognize them for a job well done."
